Loft 345
This documentary (58 minutes) is a dive into Loft 345, an urban space situated in Guangzhou (or Canton) in South China. This building and its studios have been transformed into available studios for artists, even places of exchange and debate for all people interested in the cultural wave emitting from the place.
It has been shot and recorded by Cristobal Sevilla in Guangzhou, then edited by him followed by my work of sound editing, voice commentary recording and finally mixing.
It required a comprehension of the intentions and the conditions of the shooting by discussing these with Cristobal Sevilla, then a work of cleaning and adapting to the sound material available (direct recording, off-camera sounds and personnal records) to obtain a coherent sound scape.
